Comfort Suites - South Austin

Me and my family came to Austin for a funeral and needed a room for the night, Ms. Emily was so wonderful She was an absolute ray of sunshine considered why we were in town to begin with. She displayed great customer service as well as showed so much care and concern for me and my family. The rooms were not as clean as I would have hoped them to be but because of Emily's customer service we will definitely stay here again as well as refer to anyone we know visiting the Austin area. Thanks again Emily You ROCK

In 4 days they never switched out my towels or took the dirty ones. I had to continue to go downstairs to get my own towels. They never took the trash when I asked either. The room was comfortable and big floor to ceiling windows. There is a refrigerator microwave. Found a pullout couch, extremely uncomfortable for anyone to sleep on and very dated. The pool is small. The temperature of the water is hot and there are no shaded areas near it. Breakfast was basic as expected. Check in was easy. The room was neat and clean.

My name is Tiffany Zamarripa. I am a small business owner. I own a tanning salon in formerly Dripping Springs Texas about ready to open a new location soon the front desk girl was amazing. I have a situation with Uber and new cars. I currently drive for Uber as a side hustle while I’m growing my small business, my credit card was hacked into and now I find out that my rental vehicle vin number does not match the actual vehicle itself and I have been left stranded the front desk. Girl was so nice and understanding and even allowed me extra time to try and get the situation under control as I plan on staying here for the next month while I am in transition of moving.

So far I absolutely love this place one of my favorites by far in Austin when I come here I usually always stay here the staff is super friendly especially the lady from San Antonio at night time there is no on property security but being a fairly decent area of Austin and a well lit parking lot there is no room for crime or nonsense in this establishment. Did you have 24/7 coffee station and a decent breakfast in the morning it is a hot breakfast not Continental the lady tries don't get me wrong but they could definitely benefit from a new breakfast cook. The cleaning crew has always been pleasant never make me feel like a burden which is appreciated I really enjoy my stays here will update if I can remember more One thing I do not like about the area is that there is nowhere in walking distance close by to go to a convenience store or a Walgreens of some sort which I would be able to walk to

I booked a room here, but the weather was so bad that traveling became impossible and I wasn't able to keep my reservation. Mr. Enrique Hernandez, the property manager, was super understanding and went out of his way to help me out. He was really friendly and genuinely caring about my situation. Just wanted to give a shoutout for the awesome service – definitely would stay here next time!

Great hotel. Nice and clean. A little older but no issues

I wanted somewhere near the center of foods and stores it was beautiful. Their rooms are very clean, their staff is very kind, and the pool is very clean including their beautiful view from the benches. I stayed here for 3 nights and they were very relaxing. Their mattresses where comforting. Their breakfast is the best hotel breakfast ive ever tasted. They also sold snacks and drinks which made it easier for me not having to waste gas to go to the gas station for snacks. Overall, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I will be coming back here for my next vacation. Thank you so much Comfort In!
